Button Cistostomy is used as an alternative as continent derivation in some patients, considering this procedure effective but less invasive for patients. Mitrofanoff today can be performed with lap or robotic. We are going to observe Long-term results of mini-invasive procedure.

Neurogenic Bowel management is changed  in our Institution after introduction of improved transanal irrigation. Further studies are required in order to define a complete bowel management using TAI, adherence and efficacy of treatments.
